I want to take this opportunity of saying thank you to your staff and most especially to you for all the care and countless kindnesses you have shown to my parents over the years of your association. The story of how you and my father met and hit it off has gone down in family folklore. I well remember when Dad was in the midst of his first bout of shingles and seemingly on his way out, you cheerfully reassured me he wasn’t going anywhere soon - and you were right. You helped him through a dark time to another couple of good albeit slowing years as husband and dad; your doing so at a time of intense personal sadness of your own speaks volumes for your professionalism. Then you repeated the trick with my mother; a completely different kettle of fish. You have a way of cutting through bureaucracy that was wonderful to see and your staff were unfailingly polite, efficient and effective. Karosel made my, my brother and my sisters loads more bearable and we wish you well.

“We first were introduced to Rose and her agency when I required help after back surgery. Her
care was exemplary and when I recovered from that temporary setback I resolved to keep in touch.
Recently, my husband was taken seriously ill and I immediately contacted Rose again. She has
been a tower of strength and I could not have coped without her love and support. Rose herself
and her team of helpers are the kindest people and take endless time and trouble to go out of their
way to look after their patients and as well their families.

Difficulties seem to melt away and worries which are monumental at first are resolved when they
appear.

She knows how to take on the “system” and get it to work”.
